EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Hoihou is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may cause, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, faults in the information provided by third parties and visible on the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, beyond the commitment assumed of trying to adopt all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.
Consequently and in the same situation of liability exemption, the links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, are not the responsibility of Hoihou being that it will not exercise any kind of control and / or authority over said sites and contents. The physical agreement (contract) signed between the parties, owner of the property and tenant, has as object the lease of the property for temporary housing purposes. It details the conditions and responsibilities of each of the parties. It must be understood that in said contract the parties assume the obligations established therein, as well as the Terms and Conditions herein established.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATES:
Our price includes all the obligations related to the property and its services, unless otherwise indicated on any specific property, as well as the intermediation costs.
Likewise, assistance with our local team is included for support in the check-in, check-out, as well as throughout the stay in the country. They will show all the facilities of the location, as well as provide advice on the neighborhood, the city and the options of experiences or tour and travel in Argentina.
The use and enjoyment appropriate of the equipment mentioned on the Web of each property and is also confirmed at the time of the booking and its subsequent contract.
In case of damage to the property, other than the simple usage or caused by the time, may apply additional charges to the user / passenger / tenant.
HOW TO PLACE A RESERVATION:

Once we receive this information, we will respond you as soon as possible with the confirmation of the selected property or if it is not available we will send similar options for its review.
OPTIONS OF PAYMENT:
We have the following payment options: Debit cards, credit cards, checks per day (only for companies) and bank transfers. Payments will be made in national currency at the exchange rate of the immediately preceding business day referenced by the Banco Nación de Argentina.
The prices are expressed in US dollars and the exchange rate of the Banco Nación on the business day immediately prior to the transaction or reservation will be used.
In order to confirm the reservation more than 1 month before the date of entry to the property, 50% of the first month's rent will be required. In case the stay is less than one month the full stay will be charged. The remainder of the balance of the first month / stay must be made 7 days before the date of arrival. For reservations made less than 1 month prior to the date of entry to the property, the total of the first month's rent will be required.
In order to confirm any reservation, payment must be made within the next 48 hours. after receiving the reservation form. In case the reservation is less than 7 days prior to entering the property, payment must be made immediately.
FOR BOTH CASES: If the payment is not made, Hoihou will cancel the reservation made by the client, notifying the same via email without prior notice or confirmation of receipt of the cancellation notice by the client.
There will be a block charge of the credit card, bank transfer or a check for that amount in favor of Hoihou and dated to the day of the "check out", as a guarantee corresponding to 1 month of rent, or of the total of the stay if it is less than one month. The deposit will be refunded up to 7 days after departure, after a representative from Hoihou checks the property together with the user / passenger / tenant that there is no damage or missing in the inventory of the property. In case of shortages and / or breakages in the property and / or its equipment, resulting from its misuse, the corresponding sums will be deducted to replace the damage in the property, returning the remaining amount of the deposit in guarantee.-
Reimbursements will be done in the same currency that have been collected within 7 (seven) business days after the reception and confirmation, by HoiHou, of the situation that warrants a refund. Hoihou will not be responsible for the losses caused by the differences in the exchange rate and / or the expenses and / or bank commissions that this situation could cause the user / passenger / tenant.
Extensions will depend on the availability of the property. It is clarified that in case of extension the rates could undergo modifications, which will be communicated to the contracting party along with other alternatives and must have its acceptance and consequent payment.
In the event of a unilateral cancellation by the USER / PASSENGER / TENANT, the reservation amount of 50% of the first month or of the total stay, if less than one month, will not be reimbursable, leaving such sums in favor of Hoihou. Likewise, the USER / PASSENGER / TENANT accepts this condition waiving to claim such sums and / or any amount of compensation in this respect.
CANCELLATIONS BY FORCE MAJEURE
In case of having Hoihou to cancel the reservation due to force majeure and for which the user / passenger / tenant can not enjoy the property, it can be choose one of these two options:
A. A refund will be made for nights not enjoyed.
B. Hoihou will offer alternatives of the same level for its relocation.
In case the option of relocation is accepted, it will be considered as a total acceptance of the solution provided and will entail a new contract with the designated property. Not having any right to the User / passenger / tenant to claim any amount in compensatory concepts and / or any concept.
In certain cases such as force majeure if the contracting party opts for one of the options and / or solutions provided by Hoihou, it will be understood that the same has accepted the new conditions and has been compensated for any inconvenience that may arise without having the user / passenger / Tenant more nothing to claim from Hoihou.
MODIFICATIONS OF DATES:
Changes in the dates of check in and / or check out will depend on the availability of the property. Hoihou will give an answer accordingly to the user / passenger / tenant needs based on the requirements informed.

CHECK-OUT SCHEDULE: 9:00 -12:00 hs. (with prior confirmation of the meeting time)
* In cases of Check-in / out outside of the timeframe mentioned additional charges may be applied.
Your reservation includes a weekly cleaning service as well as a departure cleaning. This service includes the replacement of linen as well as the general cleaning of the property.
Extra cleaning service will have an additional charge at the expense of the passenger. The maid may have access to the property during the rental period, ant the timetable and day will be previously agreed between the parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PASSENGER / TENANT:
The passenger / tenant must take care of the property as well as the equipment and furniture, and give an appropriate use in order to return it in the same conditions it was received. The properties will be delivered clean and tidy, ready to be inhabited, and must be delivered under the same conditions at the time of check out.
In case the passenger / tenant detects any damage or the cleaning is not carried out in the expected manner, he / she must inform the Hoihou staff in order to provide an immediate solution. The passenger / tenant must respect the building regulations without making annoying noises or risky or illegal activities. The passenger / tenant will be responsible for the associated costs to cover any damage to the property or its furniture caused by negligence as well as the damage to third parties that their occupation and / or bad destination of the property may cause. The amounts required to settle the damage will be deducted from the security deposit as expressed in said section.
At the time of check in, the passenger / tenant will be given a telephone number to contact us in case of having any kind of critical or emergency situation. This contact will be delivered without prejudice to the insurance that the user / passenger / tenant must have for their safety and cover their health needs, so it is clarified that the traveler's insurance and / or medical coverage of the user / passenger/tenant is not covered.
COMMITMENT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY
Hoihou is committed to give the necessary recommendations to the owners of the properties for it´s adequate maintenance, as well as providing the pertinent recommendations to the passengers / tenants regarding the care of the property.
Likewise, it is the obligation of the passenger / tenant to inform Hoihou, as soon as possible, of any maintenance problem in order to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Hoihou will not be able to relocate passengers, cancel a reservation or compensate payments based on a complaint about which, the owner or Hoihou does not have any interference, control or force majeure, including street noise, construction noise , internet malfunction due to issues outside the property, lack of electricity supply to the building, among other possible situations outside Hoihou and the owner of the property.
RIGHT OF ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY
Hoihou reserves the right to enter the property at any time that requires it for just cause, such as repairs (internal or external). The owner or whoever he designates may access it in order to repair the damage. For this case, the user / passenger / tenant will be contacted in advance to advise him of said repair.
CAPACITY OF THE LOCATION
In our website and in the contract, the maximum capacity of passengers owned by the property is specifically detailed and under no circumstances can it be exceeded.
In case of detecting that the user / passenger / tenant breach this restriction, the contract will be terminated immediately without any refund.
Additional services will be provided by tertiary companies specially selected to cover the needs of our clients. Each of them has its terms and conditions, which will be sent when consulting services and contracting them. In particular, tour and travel services will be provided by a travel agency with Legajo: 9568.
The forms of payment will be for these services will be by bank transfer, unless otherwise stated in the quotes and / or reservations made.
RESPONSIBILITY ON PERSONAL ARTICLES.-
In the unforeseeable event of theft or damage to the user / passenger / tenant or his / her belongings, fire, flood, terrorist attack, or force majeure, neither Hoihou nor the owner will be responsible for the damages suffered.
The User / passenger / tenant has the right to exercise the right of access to their personal data, stored by the website, free of charge at intervals of not less than six (6) months, unless it proves a legitimate interest to the effect as established in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. THE NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Control Body of Law N ° 25.326, has the power to address complaints and claims that are filed in relation to the breach of the rules on protection of personal data.
Likewise, Hoihou undertakes not to offer, assign and / or sell the personal data discharged by the User / passenger / tenant in any case, unless formal judicial request or the competent authority.

The relationship between HOIHOU, the USER / PASSENGER / TENANT or PROPERTY OWNER shall be governed by current Argentine regulations and any divergence or controversy that may arise between the parties due to the present service, the jurisdiction and competence of the Ordinary Courts of the Federal Capital, with express resignation to any other Jurisdiction that could correspond.-
