DAY 01. PUERTO NATALES. Airport reception and move to the selected hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 02. PUERTO NATALES - TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK. Breakfast. In the morning, transfer to the bus terminal of Puerto Natales. Transportation by Regular Bus to the Torres del Paine National Park (112 km), with a small stop at Cerro Castillo. The entrance to the Park is done through the Laguna Amarga Lodge, transshipments are made to the shuttles that are waiting to be moved to the Las Torres and Refugio sector. Accommodation in Central Tower Refuge.

DAY 03. TREKKING MIRADOR BASE TORRES. Breakfast. We will start the Trekking to Mirador Base Torres. The first stage is an ascent with beautiful views of the surrounding lakes and the hanging glacier of Mount Almirante Nieto until you reach Refugio El Chileno where you can recharge your batteries and leave your luggage. Later through a millenary forest of lenga, you reach the base of the moraine that must ascend for about 45 minutes, reaching Mirador Base Torres, from where you can see the imposing South Tower, Central Tower, North Tower, Nest of Condor and Glacier Tower. Accommodation in El Chileno Refuge.

DAY 04. TREKKING EL CHILENO REFUGE - LOS CUERNOS REFUGE. Breakfast. At the agreed time, we will initiate a moderate trekking that surrounds the Paine Massif, circulating at the base of Cerro Almirante Nieto. During the trip you can see Lake Nordenskjöld, hanging glaciers and local flora. After 4 to 5 hours of walking, you will reach Los Cuernos sector, considered by many to be one of the most welcoming paradores on the entire Circuit. Overnight at Los Cuernos Refuge.

DAY 05. TREKKING VALLE DEL FRANCÉS / PEHOÉ. Breakfast. The first 2 hours are mild and have views of Lake Nordenskjöld until you reach Campamento Italiano. At this point it is recommended to contact the CONAF staff to leave their backpacks and start the ascent with only a small backpack. The ascent starts in the French River Valley until you reach the French Glacier Viewpoint (1 hour and a half), then continue the ascent up the path until you reach the British sector and then to the British Viewpoint, which offers a view of the Hills: Paine Grande, Cathedral, Leaf, Mask, Sword, Shark Fin and Northern Horn. The return is by the same path to Campamento Italiano and then to the sector of Lago Pehoé. Accommodation in Paine Grande Refuge.

DAY 06. GLACIER GRAY TREKKING. Breakfast. After 1 hour and a half you reach the first viewpoint, from where it is possible to observe the glacier in the distance. On a path that runs along the west bank of Lago Gray, you arrive after 2 hours at the Main Viewpoint with spectacular views of the Gray Glacier, Olguin Cord and icebergs. The return is along the same path until you reach Pehoé and go to the pier from where the catamaran that crosses Lake Pehoé sails and will take you to Pudeto, where your transport will be waiting to take you back to Puerto Natales. Tour and travel services are outsourced by a provider exclusively chosen by Hoihou to meet the needs of its customers, counting the same with file 9568 to operate as a travel agency.

THE RATES INCLUDE: Only and exclusively the services listed above, except for extensions that the parties agree in common, expressly.

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Extras, telephone calls, minibar consumption, voluntary tips to drivers and guides, washing and ironing of clothes and any other service not previously specified in the reservation.

TRANSPORTATION: Included only in the case duly specified in the corresponding item. According to the services provided by the contracted transport companies.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payments must be made by bank transfer (except for domestic passengers, who can make the same through other payment methods to be confirmed at the time of booking) All individual passenger reservations will be finalized once the advance payment has been made corresponding to 30% of the total and the balance according to an agreement with the administrative department of our company. The price will be fixed only once the total of the contracted service is paid and in case of a subsequent fluctuation before providing the service, do not alter the operating cost of the service.

VARIATIONS: The Operator (E.V. T. 9568 DNST 331) reserves the right to make total or partial alterations in case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as long as it is required for the best development of the activities, without altering the provision of the services. In the case of complete trips that include transportation, with scheduled departures, they may be postponed or canceled, if the minimum quota required for the normal performance of the tour is not completed, with the passengers entitled to the refund of the amount paid without interest or compensation. If the trip had to be extended beyond the terms fixed by fortuitous causes beyond the control of the Company or by force majeure, the expenses incurred will be borne by the passenger.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Operator (EVT 9568 DNST 331) declines all responsibility for accidents and their consequences, strikes, delays or anticipation of schedules, weather conditions, natural disasters, government decisions, thefts, loss or deterioration of luggage and/or personal items, etc. Whatever the reasons that motivated it, by virtue of its quality as an intermediary between the passengers and the different service providers (transport company, hotels, restaurants, etc.), its responsibility is covered by the companies providing the services.

ORDER OF SERVICES: All passengers must take the services reserved by the Agency with a Service Order that we call Voucher. The same will have to clearly specify the contracted services, regular or private. They must have a Voucher for each service contracted. In case of taking more than one room, they must issue a Voucher for each one. They must specify the category of the room that the passenger will take and in no case will the extras be included in charge of the Agency.

RETURNS: No refund will be assessed on services not used by the will of the passengers.

CANCELLATIONS: NO-SHOW will be charged (equivalent to one daily) or the penalty established by the establishment for any reservation made by the Agency and not canceled in a timely manner. High season minimum 72 hours before and in low season at least 48 hours before.
