Our rates include the stay, all utilities, and the assistance of our local team for support during check-in and check-out, as well as throughout the entire time you remain at the property.

Check-in and check-out policies depend on each specific property, and the exact details are provided once the reservation is confirmed. In general, the estimated times are:

Check-in time: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Check-out time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

* Check-ins or check-outs outside these hours may incur additional charges.

All reservations include a weekly cleaning service as well as a final cleaning upon departure. This service includes fresh linens and general cleaning of the property.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.

We offer 24/7 bilingual support via a unified WhatsApp line for all destinations where we operate, ensuring the best service for our clients.

Many of our properties are pet-friendly, and each reservation includes the specific pet policy applicable to that property.
